Fortigate migration FG200B to FG200D

Process that I had to go through for FG200B (2 device HA cluster) to FG200D (2 device HA cluster) migration:

upgrade firmware so that the FG200B and the FG200D have the same version. I had both devices on v5.2.3.

backup config from FG200B.

at the top of config change FG200B to FG200D

restore config file to new FG200D unit.

Join second FG200D unit to the HA cluster.

confirm the cluster is in sync: diag sys ha cluster-csum

If the cluster will not sync, as mine did not, then support had to run another command:

execute ha ignore-hardware-revision {disable | enable | status}
*this will cause your unit to reboot.
