Access Manager 2 is a password storing program. I have used it for a while, but I have recently decided that it is a horrible program. DO NOT USE IT!
This software will hold your passwords hostage (at least partially). What do I mean? Well, there is not export in the free version. You have to buy the pro version to export your passwords to another program. Also, the trial version of the Pro edition will not allow you to export your passwords. To me this means the author thought out thoroughly a way of preventing you from exporting your passwords without giving him money. This seems very underhanded to me.
Use KeePass instead:

KeePass is 100% free for both editions and it has full import and export features.
Also, KeePass works on virtually every version of windows (32 and 64 bit versions). Access manger does not work on 64-bit versions.
