Problem:
I tried to install Quickbooks Pro 2011 on my freshly installed Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit and I got the error, "Setup has stopped working".
Solution:
After calling support, the found that I did not have the Microsoft MSXML 4.0 package installed. They installed it and then manually registered some of the .dll files.
