Greenshot button icons too small

Problem:

Greenshot (screenshot utility) does not scale buttons or icons well on HD type displays (like 4k).

Solution:

create a new text file located at: c:\users\%username%\appdata\roaming\greenshot\Greenshot-fiixed.ini
